Senior New Beginners

 welcomes new beginners in to the club the coaches have designed a simple training schedule for you to start with.

Training nights are on a Thursdays from 6.30pm--7pm.

You will need to wear comfortable running trainers also tracksuit bottoms and a warm top.

The club coachers are always there on the training nights to help you with the schedule.

After a few weeks of training you will find you are fitter and your confidence levels are a lot higher.

The coaches will let you know when you are ready to move to the seniors club level.
